For smoothest possible file download and reading operations, you will need to have at least version 5.0 of the Adobe Acrobat Reader application, if you do not have the application, you can get it Free of charge by clicking on the "get Acrobat Reader" graphic below.

Saving Documents to your Computer: Either right click on a Doc Number link, then select "Save Target As.." or left click on a Document Title link which will then start your Adobe Acrobat application, you can then click on the floppy diskette icon (towards upper left hand portion of your computer screen) in order to save the document.
