Each agency will be required to contact the FIRESCOPE web site
administrator regarding their desire to establish a login account.
Please email us from your agency
email account, send
emails to don.weiss@calema.ca.gov.
Please include your agency's 3 letter
ID, and the Name and Rank
of the person submitting the information
in the email. Please also include
your Agency's Name and or MACS 3 Letter ID in the Subject
Line of your email. For those who do not
wish to email a request, please send us correspondence on agency
letterhead indicating above mentioned information. Mail to FIRESCOPE

Note 1:
Please email the requests from Government email
accounts whenever possible, this is the first method used to verify
a valid request. If your department does not have a Government
email account please state so somewhere in your request, this
will greatly speed the process up.
Note 2:
Once we have verified your request as being valid, an account
will be established for your agency and you will be provided with
a Temporary Password which you can then change
to one of your choice.
Turn around time: For
requests received during normal business hours (8:am-5pm) Monday-Friday,
Approved Login requests will normally be set up within 72 hours.
Once your login/ID account has been established on the FIRESCOPE
Web site, you will be able to access the Resource Inventory application,
and all other applications/information that is on the restricted
side of the Web site.
To
users of the old FIRESCOPE Web site; your login to this FIRESCOPE
web site will replace any login accounts you had on the old FIRESCOPE
web site. Your login information for the old FIRESCOPE web site
is no longer accessible, you must submit the above requested information
in order to establish a login to this FIRESCOPE web site. |
