Submit a Login Pasword

Each agency will be required to provide the web site administrator with the password they wish to use for their login account (passwords can be a combination of letters and numbers, not to exceed 12 characters in length, they are Case Sensitive). You may either email us from your agency email account with your desired password (Send emails to don_weiss@oes.ca.gov), Please also include your agency's 3 letter ID, and Name and Rank of person submitting the information. Please also include your Agency's Name or MACS 3 Letter ID in the Subject Line of your email. For those who do not wish to email a request, please send us correspondence on agency letterhead indicating above mentioned information. Note: Please email the requests from Government email accounts whenever possible, this is the first method used to verify a valid request. If your department does not have a Government email account please state so somewhere in your request, this will greatly speed the process up.

Turn around time: For requests received during normal business hours (8:am-5pm) Monday-Friday, Approved Login requests will normally be set up within 72 hours. Due to a lack of staff resources, we normally will be unable to notify you verifying that your login account has been established. The Best way for you to verify that your account has been established is to attempt to login to the site using your 3 Letter MACS ID and requested password.

Once your login/ID account has been established on the FIRESCOPE Web site, you will be able to access the Resource Inventory application, and all other applications/information that is on the restricted side of the Web site.

To users of the old FIRESCOPE Web site; your login to this FIRESCOPE web site will replace any login accounts you had on the old FIRESCOPE web site. Your login information for the old FIRESCOPE web site is no longer accessible, you must submit the above requested information in order to establish a login to this FIRESCOPE web site.

The restricted side of the FIRESCOPE Web site will only be accessible by Select Members of the California, Arizona and Nevada Fire Service.
